We will provide all branded cleaning materials & equipment unless you would prefer a particular brand, then we would be happy to oblige and either use your cleaning materials or supply these for you, this would be agreed at the time of making your booking

• Vacuum, rugs shaken and replaced

• Mop or wipe floors

• Remove cushions from chairs and settee’s and vacuum

• Replace and plump up cushions

• All stairs and hallway vacuumed

• Empty Bins and replace bin liners (clean inside & outside of bin as necessary)

 

We can also put out your rubbish, water plants

 

If your property has been vacant for a while, we can pop in and freshen up and remove dust before your return home, so that you return to a fresh clean home.

 

Receptions and entrances

 

Skirting’s dusted, mirrors polished, tables, dressers, units/furniture polished, Light fittings dusted, Floors vacuumed and if appropriate floors washed.

 

•  ( slate/tiles can be polished if required we use HG satin gloss tile polish at an extra cost)

 

Kitchens

 

• All surfaces wiped

• All units wiped inc. cupboard doors & handles

• Rubbish bin cleaned ( emptied if required and bin liner replaced)

• Surrounding tiles polished

• Window sil wiped down

• Clean countertops & wall tiles (buff tops to remove cloth streaks & watermarks)

• Clean sinks and buff chrome taps

• Clean inside & out of microwaves

• Top of Hob Cleaned

• All stainless steel objects polished

• All sockets cleaned

• Sinks and taps cleaned

• Fridge/Freezer doors wiped, underneath if possible ( cleaning inside fridge/freezers can be arranged if required)

• Oven doors and sides where appropriate wiped

• Floor vacuumed and mopped ( slate / tiles can be polished if required we use HG satin gloss tile polish at an extra cost)

• Kitchen equipment wiped and polished

• Toilet bowl inside & outside including pipework

• Sink Cleaned – plug hole, overflow and taps buffed

• Bath and Bidet cleaned and taps buffed - ( if appropriate )

• Shower and shower door cleaned

• All surrounding tiles cleaned

• Empty bin and replace bin liner

Our regular cleaning list is not exhaustive and we would be more than happy to discuss in more detail any cleaning requirements that you may have.
